I was born and raised in Washington State and graduated with a B.A. in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Washington State University. Shortly after graduating in 2001, I relocated to Los Angeles where I began my extensive sales career as an Account Executive at a Fortune 100 company. As an Account Executive, I traveled the country managing accounts, while also representing small to medium size companies in the business to business and business to consumer markets. Since 2005, I have called the Las Vegas Valley my home and have realized my dream of becoming one of the top Realtors in the Las Vegas metropolitan area. My sales experience has been invaluable in instilling in me the value, and utmost importance, of providing unparalleled service to my clients. I always remember to bring it back to the basics – when representing my clients to the best of my ability, they have a habit of coming back and sending their friends my way. Utilizing the strong negotiation skills I have developed throughout my career and continually adapting to market forces by being proactive and educating myself, have also been key factors to my success as a Realtor and Property Manager.
In order to adapt to a constantly changing market, I have sought and earned numerous designations such as the CRS, CDPE, CIAS, and ABR designations. Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) agents must meet stringent education and experience requirements and as a result, only 3% of REALTORS® possess this certification. As a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), I have in-depth knowledge of foreclosure avoidance options which are available to homeowners and can provide solutions (specifically short sales) for homeowners facing market hardships. I hold the Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS) Designation, given to those specially trained to help buyers with investment properties. I also hold the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) Designation, which helps me stay on top of the latest issues and trends for successfully representing home buyers. As a licensed property manager, I am a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), the Asian American Realtor Association (AAREA), and a member of the REMAX Platinum Club, Keller Williams Triple Gold Club 2016, Keller Williams Quad Gold Club 2017. Soo is the Office Manager at Renton702, and she helps manage the Property Management Accounts. She grew up in Seoul, South Korea and is fluent in both Korean and English. Soo has a B.S. in Fine Arts and is an accomplished artist, having sold a number of her paintings for large sums. She also works out every chance she gets and is working on publishing a healthy eating cookbook.
Jake grew up in Westpoint, Utah and moved to Las Vegas in 2011 to attend College of Southern Nevada business school. His passion are real estate, motorsports and team sports. Jake works out in the field and deals with numerous day to day activities such as walk-through’s, move ins, move outs, as well as checking up on properties, as well as follow up with HOA violations, and repair requests.
Giovanny Garcia is an engineering degree holder, and small business owner who turned to the family business of Real Estate.
